ManuscriptFix is operated by QUVAE Research and Publications Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India. “ManuscriptFix” is a product brand of that company, not a separate legal entity.

If your paper did not format correctly

This is the most useful thing you can write to us about, and the beta exists partly to collect it. Please include:

• The job reference shown on the results screen, if you still have it. It lets us find the run in our logs.
• Which journal's template you were using.
• What looked wrong — a sentence is enough (“the headings came out in the wrong font”).

You do not need to send the manuscript, and please do not send unpublished work by email unless we ask. If we do need it, we will say so.

Privacy requests

Write to the same address for any of these, and say which you want:

• a copy of what we hold about you;
• correction of something wrong;
• deletion of your account, which removes your profile, email address and ORCID iD and detaches your papers.

You do not need our permission to delete your files — the “Delete my files now” button does that immediately, and everything is deleted automatically after seven days in any case. See the privacy notice.

Security

If you believe you have found a security flaw, please write to the address above with “security” in the subject line and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will take it seriously and we will not respond with lawyers.

Anything else

Questions about pricing, journals we do not yet handle well, or features you need — the same address. Feedback from researchers is what this is being built from.
